 Company Sound, Inc. specializes in on-hold audio messages. They provide the music, voice overs and hardware to support a commercial on-hold message service.
In the first quarter of 2006 they started to research the possibility of providing an online application to allow their clients to create on-hold audio message through a simple web interface.
They spent several weeks looking for a provider that :
— Has the resources to envision, plan and provide a solution.
— Could do so within a reasonable budget and timeframe.
After searching for a provider who can cover all aspects of the development of this sort of application they settled on Stathy, Inc. Many providers were only proficient in specific areas and not capable of architecting this sort of web application. The remaining providers could only do so using expensive platforms that required complex licensing schemes and were well out of budget.
After starting on the project Stathy, Inc. is nearing completion of the Online Message Mixer. Doing so at nearly 35% the cost of what other consulting services would have charged. This will provide a significant market edge for Company Sound, Inc. creating new revenue streams with little overhead.
